About World Direct
World Direct is a convenient and secure way of making international calls, whether from
your own phone or from any other fixed line in Jamaica. World Direct is free - you pay only for the international calls you make. When calling overseas from your fixed line, just dial 113 then enter your Personal Identification Number and the overseas telephone number you wish to reach and follow the recorded instructions.
First time users of the service will be required to complete the setup session before they are able to make calls or access the World Direct Service from another fixed line. The default security PIN for setup is the CIS PIN found on top right hand corner of the telephone bill.
